The Howard Jenkins Consultancy offers Building Surveying Consultancy, Dispute Avoidance and Resolution advice, Expert Adviser and Expert Witness services.

 

The practice provides these services to a wide range of clients who are faced with a variety of possible or actual dispute situations. Howard is familiar with working with clients and their legal advisers, including barristers, in order to assist in the dispute resolution process. The intention is to bring about a solution, as quickly, efficiently and as cost effectively as possible. On many occasions Howard has been able to recommend to clients that settlement would be wise following 'narrowing the issues' at the experts' meetings, thereby avoiding court hearings.
